<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Douglas A. and Angela M. Boersen,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor(s) to EARL AHLSHWEDE, as Trustee, for the benefit of THE GRAND
<br />ISLAND AREA HOUSING CORPORATION, as Beneficiary, dated September 8, 1994, and recorded in
