201507036 <br />4. Restoration of Property: If the construction or maintenance of the improvement identified in <br />Paragraph 1 above requires the excavation of earth, removal of grass, vegetation, landscaping or <br />any other disruption of the surface of the of the three foot wide strip of land, the Licensee shall <br />restore the surface of the area to the same or better condition as it existed immediately prior to <br />the Licensee's work in the area. <br />5. Effective Date: This license agreement shall be effective upon the signing and shall continue for <br />an indefinite term or until such time as it is terminated as provided herein. <br />6. Termination: This License Agreement shall terminate, by Licensor giving Licensee 30 days <br />written notice of such termination upon the occurrence of one or more of the following: <br />a. The removal of the above described fence by the Licensee. <br />b. Failure of Licensee to keep the fence in good condition. <br />c. Failure of Licensee to keep the three foot strip of land mowed and free of weeds. <br />d. Failure of Licensee to keep the fence free of advertising, signs or other notices. <br />e. Destruction or damage of the fence to the extent it cannot be repaired. <br />7. Term of License: Unless terminated earlier as described in Paragraph 6., herein, this License <br />Agreement shall continue for a period of five (5) years. After five years this License Agreement <br />shall remain effective unless it is revoked in writing by Licensor or Licensor's grantees, <br />successors in interest and assigns. <br />8. This License Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of <br />Nebraska. <br />9. This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, notwithstanding <br />any other oral agreement to the contrary <br />10.
