201507036 4. Restoration of Property: If the construction or maintenance of the improvement identified in Paragraph 1 above requires the excavation of earth, removal of grass, vegetation, landscaping or any other disruption of the surface of the of the three foot wide strip of land, the Licensee shall restore the surface of the area to the same or better condition as it existed immediately prior to the Licensee's work in the area. 5. Effective Date: This license agreement shall be effective upon the signing and shall continue for an indefinite term or until such time as it is terminated as provided herein. 6. Termination: This License Agreement shall terminate, by Licensor giving Licensee 30 days written notice of such termination upon the occurrence of one or more of the following: a. The removal of the above described fence by the Licensee. b. Failure of Licensee to keep the fence in good condition. c. Failure of Licensee to keep the three foot strip of land mowed and free of weeds. d. Failure of Licensee to keep the fence free of advertising, signs or other notices. e. Destruction or damage of the fence to the extent it cannot be repaired. 7. Term of License: Unless terminated earlier as described in Paragraph 6., herein, this License Agreement shall continue for a period of five (5) years. After five years this License Agreement shall remain effective unless it is revoked in writing by Licensor or Licensor's grantees, successors in interest and assigns. 8. This License Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. 9. This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, notwithstanding any other oral agreement to the contrary 10.
