McPeak, Grantees, as joint tenants with a <br />right of survivorship, an undivided one -half interest in and to <br />the following described real estate: <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), in Frank P. Bark's <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and that part of vacated Glendale <br />Street as shown in Ordinance No. 5013, filed June <br />17, 1971, in Book 21, Page 657 of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor: <br />1. Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except easements, covenants, and <br />restrictions of record; <br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3.
