<br />Deed of Trust dated March 25, 2013, executed by Philip B Sextro and Lois M Sextro; Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as document 201302329 on the 26th day of
<br />March 2013 and Deed of Trust dated August 8, 2001, executed by Philip B Sextro and Lois M Sextro;
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as document 200108022
<br />on the 10th day of August 2001
<br />WHEREAS said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) BLOCK THREE (3), COLONIAL ESTATES SECOND SUBDIVISION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of September, 2015.
