DETHLOFF, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Licensees." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensees may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon real estate owned by the <br />Licensor: <br />Installation and maintenance of an overhead awning across the north side of the <br />building and over the public right -of -way at 523 North Pine Street in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska. Such awning is approximately ten (10.0) feet long and will <br />eXteadl ii7ito t1w right -of -way approximately vvo (2.0) feet. The awning !oust be at <br />least eight (8.0) feet above the sidewalk. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEES' REAL ESTATE. The Licensees own the <br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's real estate to which this License <br />Agreement shall apply: <br />The North Half (N1 /2) of Lot Four (4), Block Nineteen (19), in the Original <br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. LICENSEES' DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the <br />Licensees may construct, maintain, repair and utilize the above described improvement at the <br />Licensees' sole risk.
