<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />TIMOTHY GRUDZINSKI AND CASSANDRA GRUDZINSKI, herein called the Grantor, in
<br />consideration of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($750.00) and other consideration, receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove utilities, including
<br />but not limited to, storm sewers, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon,
<br />over, along, across, in, underneath a tract of land located in a Tract described in Instrument No.
<br />20009426, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />The South 15.00 feet and the West 15.00 feet of the South 195.00 feet thereof, of a Tract described in
<br />Instrument No. 20009426, file date October 31, 2000, Register of Deeds, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said tract contains a calculated area of 3,690 square feet or 0.085 acres more
<br />or less, as shown on the tract drawing dated 09/01/2015, marked Exhibit A attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein by reference.
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across such
<br />land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and trenches,
<br />and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions
