DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION <br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST WITH FUTURE ADVANCES <br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust with Future Advances dated February 5, 1999, executed by <br />G.I.S.C.
