<br />N/A Of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of HALL County, Nebraska, described as:
<br />All of Lot Sixteen (16), and the Southerly fifteen (15) feet of Lot Fourteen (14), Block Eleven (11), College Addition to West Lawn in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS,
<br />The undersigned, is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, and,
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in the
<br />place and stead of said original Trustee thereunder.
<br />Now, THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary hereby substitutes Sandy Grantz as Trustee
<br />under said Deed of Trust.
