Musil, a single person, Trustor, on the 25th <br />day of May, 1999, made, executed and delivered to Bank of Wood �_Y\ <br />River, as Trustee, a Trust Deed covering the following described C-7 <br />property: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Sixty -nine (69), Grand Island Original <br />Town, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, said Trust Deed was given as security for the payment <br />of Trustor's Promissory Note made on the same date to Bank of Wood <br />River, dba Heritage Bank Grand Island, Beneficiary, and which Trust <br />Deed was recorded on the 1st day of June, 1999, in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded as <br />Document No. 99- 105551 of such Records; and <br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of the Trustor for which <br />such Trust Deed was made has occurred, to -wit: Failure to make <br />payments in accordance with promissory note. <br />THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned <br />Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary, has elected to consider <br />all of the principal and interest due in consequence of said <br />default, and has elected to sell the real property described in <br />said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this 3rd day of March, 2000 <br />BANK OF WOOD RIVER <br />WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA <br />BY: <br />JOHN Y7WOLF/ Its Attorney <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) ss : <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified for said County, <br />personally came John A.
