<br />KATHARINE S. MAYER, TRUSTEE OF THE KATHARINE S. MAYER TRUST,
<br />dated September 29, 1998, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE
<br />HUNDRED AND N01100 DOLLARS ($412,500.00) received from Grantee,
<br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, a Nebraska corporation, the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Block One (1), Brentwood Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, including all real estate within
<br />the adjusted boundaries of Lot Eight (8) as provided in
<br />Document No. 98- 105395 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and
<br />assigns forever. And I hereby covenant with the said Grantee and
<br />with Grantee's successors and assigns, that I am lawfully seized
<br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except
<br />easements and restrictions of record; and that I have good right
<br />and lawful authority to sell the same; and I hereby covenant to
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantor hereby
<br />relinquishes all right, title, claim and interest in and to the
<br />above described premises.
