<br /> the tenants or frvrn any other persons liable therefar, all of the Rents; institute and carry an all legal proceedings
<br /> necessary for th� prote�tian of the Property, including such proceedings as may he necessary t❑ reco�er
<br /> passess�an of the Prvpsrty; collect the Rents and remo�e any tenant ar tenants or other persons frvm the Property.

<br /> APPLICATI�N OF RENTS. All costs and.exp�nses incurred by Lender in connection with the Property shall be for
<br /> Grantor's accaunt and Lender may pay such cvsts and expenses from the Rents. Lender. in its sole d'+scretion, sha�l
<br /> determine the application of any and all Rents recei�ed by it; howe�er, any such Rents recei�ed by Lender which are
<br /> not applied to such c�sts and expenses shall �e applied #o the lndebtedness. All expenditures made by Lender under
<br /> this Assignment and nvt reimhursed #rvm the Rents shall became a part of the Indebtedness secured by this
