He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201205175. <br />2. That Jeffrey A. Riley and Mike P. Hoer are the Trustors under the said Trust <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. Depue as Successor Trustee <br />under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Toni Cooper Reyes and <br />Melquiades Reyes. <br />A breach of the loan payment obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and <br />the Beneficiary and Successor Trustee have elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property <br />to satisfy the obligation, to -wit: failure to pay note installments. <br />RONALD S.
