The above -named lienholder hereby states, represents and agrees as follows: <br />201506734 <br />1. Lienholder presently holds one or more mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other <br />consensual liens upon the above - described real estate (hereinafter referred to as the "property "), <br />which mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other consensual liens are described as follows: Deed of <br />Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on March 22, <br />2005 as Instrument No. 200502447; and Assignment of Trust Deed recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on September 6, 2011 as Instrument No. <br />201106615. <br />2. Lienholder has been notified that the owners of the real estate legally described <br />hereinabove desire to file a request with the Central Platte Natural Resources District (hereinafter <br />referred to as "CPNRD ") for a permit to allow the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the <br />real estate described hereinabove to a different parcel of real estate. Lienholder has been <br />requested to consent to such request and to the transfer of the certified acres from the above - <br />described real estate. <br />3. This consent is being obtained to allow the Property Owners to transfer the right <br />to irrigate the following tracts of land: <br />3.61 acres lying within the SW'ANW1/4; 1.59 acres lying within the SE1/4NW /4; <br />1.30 acres lying within the SW/6W%; 2.53 acres lying within the SE' 4SW /4; and <br />5.99 acres lying within the SWV4SE /4, all in Section 4, Township 11 North, Range <br />12 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />to the following tracts of land: <br />.72 acres lying within the NE'/4SW%; 6.60 acres lying within the SW /4SW% and <br />5.14 acres lying within the SEl SW% in Section 5, Township 11 North, Range 12 <br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />4. Lienholder hereby consents to said request and to the transfer of certified irrigated <br />acres from the above - described real estate to a different parcel of real estate. <br />5.
