Assignment of Rents. Sorrower uncanditionally assigns and transfers to Lender all the rents and re�enues <br /> of the Proper�y. Borrawer authari�es Lender or Lend�r's ag�nts to collect the rents and re�enues and h�reby <br /> directs�ach tenant of the Propert�to pay�he rents to Lender or Lender's agent�. Howe�er,Lender vr a judicially appointed recei�er may do so at any time <br /> there is a breach. Any application af rents shall nat cure or wai�e any default or invalidate any other right or <br /> remedy of Lender. This assignrnent of rents�f the Praperty shall terminate when the d�bt secured by the <br /> Security Instrurnent is paid in full. <br /> 1 S. Forecl�sure Procedure. If Lender requires immediate payment in full under paragraph 9,Lender <br /> may in�oke the power of sale and any other rernedies perrnitted by app�icab�e law.
