<br />Parcel 4: A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1 A) and a
<br />part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 A) of Section Seven (7), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
<br />point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), said point being
<br />Six Hundred Eighty Three and Eight Tenths (683.80) feet north of the
<br />southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) said point also being
<br />Fifteen (15.00) feet south of (measured perpendicular to) the centerline of
<br />an existing east -west railroad track; thence running northerly, along and
<br />upon the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), a distance of Thirty
<br />(30.00) feet to a point which is Fifteen (15.00) feet north of (measured
<br />perpendicular to) said existing east -west railroad track centerline; thence
<br />deflecting right 90° 00' 36" and running easterly, parallel with and Fifteen

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, Security Agreement,
<br />Assignment of Leases and Rents and Fixture Financing Statement executed by FreightCar Rail
<br />Services, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company to MATTHEW D. MASER, Attorney at
<br />Law and member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation, a Nebraska non - profit corporation, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated June 23, 2015, and recorded June 23, 2015, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Grand Island, Nebraska as Instrument No. 201504188, has
<br />been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
