QUIT CLAIM DEED 200001744 THIS INDENTURE, made this -3x day of 2000, between DONALD W. HUGHES and DOROTHY M. HUGHES sband an ife, parties of the first part, and DONALD W. HUGHES and DOROTH HUGHES, as Trustees of the HUGHES FAMILY TRUST, party of the second part, having an address of #18 Woodlands Drive, Enid, OK 73703. WITNESSETH, that said parties of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby quit claim, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part, as tenants in common, all their right, title, interest, estate, and every claim and demand, both at law and in equity, in and to all the following described property situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to -wit: The Southwest Quarter (SW 14) of the Northwest Quarter (NW /4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., subject to covenants and reservations of record. together with all and singular the improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the said DONALD W. HUGHES and DOROTHY M. HUGHES, as Trustees of the HUGHES FAMILY TRUST, their successors and assigns forever.
