<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Arlene R. Rivera, a single person, as Borrower to Mary Morgan
<br />Cote, now known as Mary J. Livingston, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Volney D. Lofgreen and Mary E. Lofgreen, as Lenders,
<br />dated December 1, 1994, and recorded December 5, 1994, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 94- 109672, has been transferred pursuant to a new
<br />Deed of Trust from Lisa R. Rivera, and the Beneficiaries have
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such transfer of the indebtedness and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />right, title, interest, and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Fractional Lot Five (5) , and the West Half (W 1t) of
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6), in Block Twenty -Two (22) in
<br />Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Fractional Lot Five (5), and the
<br />West Half (W '60 of Fractional Lot Six (6) , in Block
<br />Twenty -Two (22) in the Original Town, now City, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and all that part
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW
<br />1/4 SW 1/4), of Section Ten (10), in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), described as follows:
