Van Hoosen and Denisc M. The <br />Assignment was recorded June 5, 1991, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 91- 103513. <br />On or about March 26, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of <br />its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The <br />Assignment was recorded July 5, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 94- 105781 <br />Michael E.
