Glassbrenner and Ingrid A. <br />Glassbrenner, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Matthew R. Serbousek and Anna E.
