Buck; A Single Person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201304849 on the 18th day of June, 2013, and WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: LOT NINETEEN (19), INDIANHEAD SEVENTH SUBDIVISION IN CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
