That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date. <br />1. That the Affiant is the successor trustee under the terms and conditions of the Lois <br />I. Koepp Revocable Trust dated June 30, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). <br />2. That on August j 2015, the Affiant became the successor trustee of the said Trust <br />following the death of Lois I. Koepp on July 12, 2015, the settlor and initial trustee of said Trust, a <br />certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an Acceptance to <br />Act as Trustee under the Lois I. Koepp Revocable Trust, an original of which is attached as Exhibit <br />4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: <br />An undivided one -half (%z) interest in and to the East Half (E%) of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW%) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10), Range <br />Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half (%s) interest in and to the West Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (W%zSWI /a) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half (%) interest in and to the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4NW1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NE /4NW' /4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br />NE1/4NW1/4; thence easterly along the southerly line of said NE1/4NW1/4 a distance <br />of Thirty -Five and Forty -five Hundredths (35.45) feet; thence in an <br />northwesterly direction Fifty and Twenty -Six Hundredths (50.26) Feet to a <br />point on the Westerly line of said NE1/4NW /4; thence Easterly along the <br />Southerly line of said NE1/4NW1/4 a distance of Thirty -Five and Forty -Five <br />Hundredths (35.45) Feet to the point of beginning, said tract used for access <br />easement only; <br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (SE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty - <br />one (21), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6t P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the Union Pacific Railroad Company's Right -of- <br />way over and across said NW1/4NW /4, and EXCEPT that tract of land lying <br />north of the Union Pacific Railroad in the NW1/4NW /4 and containing .298 <br />
