<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Jared P. Wetovick, it's authorized officer, as trustee under
<br />the Construction Deed of Trust dated 01/28/2015 and recorded on 02/17/2015, recorded as Instrument
<br />201500961; Notice of Commencement dated 1/28/15 and recorded 02/17/2015, recorded as Instrument
<br />201500962; Modification of Deed of Trust dated 07/29/2015 and recorded on 08/12/2015; recorded as
<br />Instrument 201505478; executed by N.P. Builders LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in
<br />which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by N.P. Builders LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), Block Two (2), Northview First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on September 18, 2015.
