<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 14th day of September, 2015 by and among
<br />ARAPAHOE PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, PAUL P.
<br />PANKONIN and JESSICA L. PANKONIN, husband and wife, herein referred to as "Trustor ",
<br />whose mailing address is 801 W. Anna, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; BRANDON S.
<br />CONNICK, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee ", whose mailing address is P.O. Box 790, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 68802; and DONALD D. MEHRING, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary ",
<br />whose mailing address is 3421 W. State Street, Plaza 4, Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers, conveys and assigns to
<br />Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the Trustor's interest in the following -
<br />described property located in the County of Hall, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 NE ' /a) of
<br />Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Anna and
<br />Eddy Streets, which streets are now established and in use, thence
<br />Southwesterly along the South boundary of Anna Street, a distance of
<br />164.4 feet, thence Southeasterly at right angles, a distance of 140.0 feet;
<br />thence Northeasterly at right angles, a distance of 164.4 feet; thence
<br />Northwesterly along the Westerly boundary of Eddy Street, a distance of
<br />140.0 feet, to the place of beginning; said tract being a rectangular tract,
<br />having a frontage of 140.0 feet on Eddy Street, and a frontage of 164.4
<br />feet on Anna Street, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way
<br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including
<br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of
<br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real
<br />estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Property ".
<br />(a) the payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's notes of even date herewith
<br />in the total principal sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND and NO /100 DOLLARS
