Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND to MORTGAGE <br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for COMMERCIAL FEDERAL <br />BANK, a Federal Savings Bank by virtue of an Assignment filed for record on July 1, 2005 as Instrument <br />No. 0200506026 and subsequently assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by an <br />Assignment filed for record on June 10, 2013 as Instrument No. 201304522 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was named Successor Trustee by virtue of a <br />Substitution of Trustee executed September 1, 2015. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described <br />as follows: <br />LOT EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) IN GILBERT'S ADDITION TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor <br />Trustee, GREGORY L.
