<br /> investigating the Prvperty far Hazardous Subs�an�es. Trustor hereby ��y releases and wai�es any fu�ure clairns
<br /> agains� Lender for indernnity or cvntri�ution in the event Trustor beGvmes liable for c[eanup or other casts under

<br /> Removai of Impra�ements. Trustar shall no�dem�l�sh❑r rerno�e any Improvem�nts from the R�al Prop�rfiy�►vithou�t
<br /> Lender's prior written consent. �1s a con�li�ion to th� remo�al of any Impro�em�nts, Lender rnay require Trustor to
<br /> mak� arrangements satisfactory to L�nder ta rep[ace su�h Impro�ements with impro�ements af at feast equal

<br /> Lender's Right tv Enter. Lender and Lender's agents and repres�ntat��es may enter upon the Rea[ Property at all

<br /> Prap�rty. Trustar may contest in gaad faith any such law.ordinan�s, or regulation and withhold compliance during
<br /> any proceeding, including appropriate appeals� so long as Trus�or has notifi�d Lender in writin� priar ta d�ing so
