<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the Indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Paul E. Sears and Joyce A. Sears, husband and wife

<br />benefit of Bank of Doniphan the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated 2/17/2000 and recorded Febr. 29, 2000 in the office of the

<br />Poe 200001615of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
