DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST WITH FUTURE ADVANCES
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust with Future Advances dated February 5, 1999, executed by
<br />G.I.S.C. Land Development, L.L.C., as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 101303 on the 8 day of
<br />February, 1999, at the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of sucl-Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Ten (10), and Eleven (11), Richmond Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaidDeed of Trust dated February 5, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 101303 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1' day of March, 2000.
