July 20, 2019 <br />By: <br />r of <br />y <br />Notary Public <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, EQUITABLE BANK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />March 20, 2007, wherein RICHARD D WISEMAN and KIMBERLY A WISEMAN, Husband <br />and Wife, are the Trustors, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on March 26, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200702375; and contains as trust <br />property the following- described real estate: <br />Lot One (1) in Potash Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 103 Beachwood Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property "; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of <br />Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 20, 2007, <br />owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed <br />of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />EQUITABLE BANK, Trustee <br />Arend R.
