Sapp <br />Revocable Trust dated May 24, 2001, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Barbra J. Paulsen and Sara L.
