Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the <br />original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee <br />for UNION BANK & TRUST COMPANY, its successors and assigns to U.S. BANK NATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Corrective Assignment filed for record July 14, 2015 as Instrument <br />201504751 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES <br />has been appointed as Successor Trustee, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed August 21, <br />2015. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT FIFTEEN (15), BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, <br />GREGORY L.
