<br />LLC. ( "Lessee ") have entered into a certain Building Lease Agreement (the "Lease "),
<br />dated June 23, 2000, respecting real property legally described as Lot 2, Block 2, Crane
<br />Valley Subdivision, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska (the
<br />"Premises "). The Lease provides, among other provisions, for a lease term of three (3)
<br />years and terminates on December 31, 2004. Under the Lease, Lessee may not sublease
<br />the premises without the permission of the Lessor and Lessor has retained a security
<br />interest in any subleases all as more specifically provided for in the Lease. The Lease in
<br />its entirety may be obtained by contacting the Lessor's counsel of record: Clay M.
<br />Rogers.
