WHEREAS, JON A. BAKER and VIRJEANNE R. BAKER, Husband and Wife, are the <br />owners in fee simple of that real estate described as: <br />Low Two (2), Country Club Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, RUSSEL B. ANDERSON and JANICE L.
