<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 2, 1994 executed by Kevin Hulse & Tammie L.
<br />Hulse, Husband and Wife and Troye V. Hulse & Tammy K. Hulse, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which
<br />Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded as Document # 94- 107416 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the
<br />7th day of September, 1994,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), in Reutings First Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 2 "d, 1994, as Document
<br />#94- 107416 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 28th day of February, 2000.
