Rainforth, husband and wife, herein called the Grantor, <br />in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from the Grantee, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto Travis T. Rainforth and Teana M. Rainforth, <br />husband and wife, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW' /a) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except <br />for the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S' /z SW1/4) of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4 NW1/4) and the North Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NY2 NW1/4) of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the <br />6th P.M., containing approximately 10 acres. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever. <br />And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns, that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that it is free from encumbrance, except <br />easements and restrictions of record; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims <br />of all persons whomsoever. <br />This Deed is to correct the scrivener error as to the Deed filed and recorded as Document <br />No. 201207970, at the Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />
