Rainforth, husband and wife, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from the Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto Travis T. Rainforth and Teana M. Rainforth, husband and wife, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: The Northwest Quarter (NW' /a) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except for the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S' /z SW1/4) of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4 NW1/4) and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NY2 NW1/4) of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) of Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., containing approximately 10 acres. To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. And the Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that it is free from encumbrance, except easements and restrictions of record; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. This Deed is to correct the scrivener error as to the Deed filed and recorded as Document No. 201207970, at the Hall County Register of Deeds.
