Berggren and Shelly J. Berggren, <br />husband and wife and Lorene M. Berggren, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />O consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Henry M. Camey and Mildren Y.
