<br />i+ WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />ts under the Deed of Trust dated July 12, 2013, and executed by Lee A. Hadenfeldt and Amanda L.
<br />Hadenfeldt, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and
<br />O the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />''0 r*) County, Nebraska on July 18, 2013, as Instrument No. 201305794, and
<br />11 — WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />�� ('1 Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
