<br /> dispute vv�r the vbligativn�o pay,sa iong as Lender's interest ir��he Prap�rfy is no�jeopardized. I�a[i�n ar�ses ar

<br /> Evidence o�Payment. Trustc�r shall upon demand furnish to Lender satisfac�ory e�idence of payrnen�of the taxes
<br /> ❑r assessments and shall authvrize�he appropriate g��ernmenta� vffi�ial�o deliv�r�v Lender at an�r�ime �written
<br /> s�atement�f the taxes and assessments against the Praperty.
<br /> Na�ice of��ns�ru��ion, Trustor sha�� natify Lender at least�ifte�n t15� days befare any wor�is cvmmenced, any
<br /> se�v�Ges are furnished, ar any materials are suppf�ed ta the PraperYy, if any me�hanic's lien, materia�men`s lien, or

<br /> liabiIi�Iy insurance polici�s. Ad�itiona�ly, Trustor shal! maintain such vther insuranc�, �nc�uding but nat limited �o
<br /> ha�ard, business interruption, �nd boiler insu�an�e, as Lende�-may reasonak�ly require. Palici�s shal! be wrifi�en in
