Huebner, to which she would be entitled pursuant to ARTICLE 23, Section 30 -2301 through
<br />Section 30 -2356 INTESTATE SUCCESSION AND WILLS of the Nebraska Probate Code and
<br />any and all beneficial interest in all income in connection therewith;
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) and Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1 /4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M. located in Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The East Half of Lot Two (2) Roeser's subdivision of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. located in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />3. As a result of this renunciation and disclaimer and pursuant to ARTICLE 23,
<br />Section 30 -2301 through Section 30 -2356 INTESTATE SUCCESSION AND WILLS of the
<br />Nebraska Probate Code, the Decedent's interest in the afore - described real estate will instead
<br />pass descend as though the undersigned, Emma E. Huebner, had predeceased the Decedent,
<br />Wayne F. Huebner, to the Decedent's children in the following manner:
<br />(a) An undivided one -fourth (1/4) interest therein to Dwayne
<br />1711 Hibiscus Cir N., Oldsmar, Florida 34677 -2734;
<br />(b) An undivided one -fourth (1/4) interest therein to Nanci L.
<br />Greene, Adel, Iowa 50003;
<br />(c) An undivided one -fourth (1/4) interest therein to Sherri L.
<br />90 Road, Cairo, Nebraska 68824;
<br />(d) An undivided one -fourth (1/4) interest therein to David L.
<br />Wilshire Blvd, Apt A208, Mound, Minnesota 55364.
