2016061 WHEREAS, the undersigned Emma E. Huebner filed an Application for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative in Intestacy with the Hall County Court on April 20, 2015 at Case No. PR 15 -83, which Court on April 20, 2015 issued Letters of Personal Representative appointing Emma E. Huebner, 511 W. 9 Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801- 4236 as Personal Representative of the Decedent's Estate; WHEREAS, the undersigned, Emma E Huebner, is the surviving spouse and one of the heirs of the Decedent, Wayne F. Huebner; WHEREAS, the Decedent, Wayne F. Huebner, was the owner of an undivided one -half (1/2) interest in the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska to wit: Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) and Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Two (2), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M. located in Hall County, Nebraska; and The East Half of Lot Two (2) Roeser's subdivision of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M. located in Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, the undersigned, Emma E. Huebner, as surviving spouse of the Decedent, Wayne F. Huebner, is entitled to a portion of the afore- described real estate pursuant to ARTICLE 23, Section 30 -2301 through Section 30 -2356 INTESTATE SUCCESSION AND WILLS of the Nebraska Probate Code; WHEREAS, at the time of the death of the Decedent, Wayne F. Huebner, he was survived by the undersigned as surviving spouse and the Decedent's children, namely: (a) Dwayne L. Huebner, 1711 Hibiscus Cir N., Oldsmar, Florida 34677- 2734; (b) Nanci L.
