Lienholder has been notified that the owners of the real estate legally described <br />hereinabove desire to file a request with the Central Platte Natural Resources District (hereinafter <br />referred to as "CPNRD ") for a permit to allow the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the <br />real estate described hereinabove to a different parcel of real estate. Lienholder has been <br />requested to consent to such request and to the transfer of the certified acres from the above - <br />described real estate. <br />3. This consent is being obtained to allow the Property Owners to transfer the right <br />to irrigate the following tracts of land: <br />11.06 acres lying within the NW %4NW'/4; 4.53 acres lying within the NE' /4NW1/4 <br />and .21 acres lying within Lots 2 and 3, Mainland, in Section 10 and .86 acres <br />lying within the SW1/4SE1/4 in Section 3, all in Township 10 North, Range 9 West <br />of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />(owned by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife) <br />to the following tracts of land: <br />4.64 acres lying within the NE'/4SW1/4; .57 acres lying within the SE' /4SW1/4; 3.01 <br />acres lying within the SW1/4SW1/4 and 3.95 acres lying within the NW'/4SW1/4, all <br />in Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 9 West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />(real estate owned by Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation, a <br />Nebraska non - profit corporation) <br />4. Lienholder hereby consents to said request and to the transfer of certified irrigated <br />acres from the above - described real estate to a different parcel of real estate. <br />5.
