<br />existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska,
<br />for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE

<br />convey to RICHARD H. BAASCP and ARLENE M. BAASCH, husband and wife,
<br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, Grantees, the
