<br />WHEREAS, all the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed Calvin D. & Sandra L. Lytle, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation, the beneficiary named therein, dated November 13, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 98- 111278.
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
