<br /> Lender'� Right to Enter. Lender and Lender's agents and r�presentati�es may enter upon the Real Pr�p�rty at al�

<br /> comp�i�nGE with the t�rms and cvnditivns c��this Deed af Tru��.

<br /> sha11 mai��ain the Praperty free of al� liens ha�ing priari#y o��r vr�qual ta#he int�r�st af Lender under this [�eed of

<br /> Righ�tn Contest. Trustar may withhold payment of any tax, assessrnent, or claim in connection wi�h a good faith
<br /> dispute aver th� ohfigation ta pay, sa l�ng as Lender'� in�erest in the Property is not jeopardized. !f a li�n arises or
<br /> is ii�ed as a resu�t of nanpayment, Trustvr shall within fifteen �1�} days after the iien arises orr i�F a I�en is filed,
