Said Deed <br />of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION <br />SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for CharterWest National Bank, its successors and assigns to U.S. <br />BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment filed for record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed Successor <br />Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as <br />follows: <br />LOT TEN (10), IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), IN COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST <br />LAWN, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor <br />Trustee, GREGORY L.
