FRANCIS as Attorney for FIVE POINTS BANK, Trustee, <br />under a Deed of Trust executed by DENNIS F. NIELSEN and CONNIE L. <br />NIELSEN, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, and filed for record as <br />Instrument No. 0099111632 in the Office of the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds, against the following described property: <br />Lot Three (3), Country Club Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />hereby gives notice that there has been a breach of the obligation <br />for which the trust property was conveyed as security. The current <br />Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK, has not received payment upon the <br />Promissory Note securing said Deed of Trust; the default has been <br />in existence since November 18, 2000, and there is currently due as <br />of January 31, 2001, upon said Promissory Note a total balance of <br />One Hundred Seventy -Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty -Three <br />Dollars Fifty -One Cents ($177,323.51), plus per diem interest <br />thereafter at the default interest rate set forth in the Promissory <br />Note.
