Schuessler and Harold J. <br />Schuessler, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto William D. Oltean and Joanne C.
