<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATT�RNEYwIN-FACT. Th� fol�owing pr��isions re�at�ng ta further assurances and

<br /> Campfiance Defauit. Fai�ure to �omply wi�h any ather term, ohiigat�on, ca�enant vr canditian �ontained in this
<br /> Deed o�Trust,the Note vr in any�f the Related Dn�urnents,
<br /> Defau�t on D�her Paymen�s. Failure ofi Trus�or wi�thin the#ime requ�red by�his Deed of Trust ta make any p.�yment
<br /> far taxes or insurance,or any other payment necessary to pre�ent filing ❑f or fio�fifect discharge o�f anY Iien.
