THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID A OLSON and DIANE L
<br />ROSENBAUM. AS SEPARATE INDIVIDUALS
<br />to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK GRAND ISLAND , Trustee for the
<br />benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK GRAND ISLAND , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated August 31, 1994 and recorded September 1, 1994 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, NE , in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 94-107258 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
