<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on �� 2000. The Trustors are Harold Plejdrup, Jr. and Holly K. Plejdrup,
<br />husband and wife, ( "Borrowers ") . The Trustee is Bedise D. Myers, of Lauritsen, Brownell, Brostrom, Stehlik & Thayer, 231 S. Locust
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, ( "Trustee "). The beneficiaries are Wade J. Haynes and Virginia L. Haynes, husband and wife,
<br />14362 W. White Cloud Road, Cairo, Nebraska, 68824, ( "Lenders ") . Borrowers owe Lenders the principal sum of Fifty Five Thousand and
<br />00/100 Dollars ($55,000.00). This debt is evidenced by Borrowers' note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ( "Note ") , which
<br />provides for yearly payments, with the full debt, if not paid earlier, due and payable on January 10, 2010. The Deed of Trust
<br />(sometimes referred to herein as "security instrument ") secures to Lenders: (a) the repayment of the debt evidenced by the Note, with
<br />interest, and all renewals, extensions and modifications; (b) the payment of all other sums, with interest, advanced under paragraph
<br />7 to protect the security of this Security Instrument; and (c) the performance of Borrowers' covenants and agreements. For this
<br />purpose, Borrowers irrevocably grant and convey to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following described property located
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A parcel of land located in the West Half of the SouthWt Quarter (WI/2 SE1/4) of Section Twenty -Four (24),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as beginning
<br />at the Southwest corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence N 89 32130" W (assumed bearing) on the
<br />West line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter, 1467.63 feet; thence S 89 56142" E, 1310.72 feet to a point
<br />on the East line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence S 0 27127" W on said East line, 986.55 feet;
<br />thence N 90 00100" W, 909.87 feet; thence S 0 '00100" W, 479.81 feet to a point on the South line of the West Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter; thence N 90 00 "00" W on said South line, 405.00 feet to the point of beginning;
<br />containing a computed area of 34.150 acres, more or less.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, including the restaurant building, and all
<br />easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures
<br />now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of
<br />the foregoing is referred to in this Security Instrument as the "Property ".
<br />BORROWERS COVENANT that Borrowers are lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and have the right to grant and convey
<br />the Property and that the Property is unencumbered. Sellers shall hold Buyers harmless with regard to any obligation of Lender under
<br />said Deed of Trust. Borrowers warrant and will defend generally the title to the Property against all claims and demands, subject
<br />to any encumbrances of record.
