<br />This Indenture, Made this 1 lth day of August, in the year of our Lord, 2015 between Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, (a
<br />Cemetery Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, party of the first part, and Christopher M and Crystal L Johnson of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, party of the second
<br />part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Sixty -six and no /100 DOLLARS, in
<br />hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the
<br />second part, the following described premises, to -wit: Third Addition, Row 44(Section L), Plot 27 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of
<br />said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for
<br />itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the
<br />execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents
<br />to be signed by its President and Clerk the day and year first above written.
